Schedule of Meetings

Members shall have regular meetings to be held on the last Tuesday of January, April and September of each calendar year commencing at 6:30 P.M. to be held at the principal office of SVCC or at such other place as the Board of Directors may determine with advance notice by mail or email to each Member no later than 10 days before the meeting. Special meetings of the Members may also be scheduled in the discretion of the Board of Directors with notice to the Members at least 10 days in advance which notice shall specify the date, place and reason for the meeting. Special meetings of the Members shall also be scheduled by the Board of Directors upon the written request of 20% of the Members with notice to the Members at least 10 days in advance which notice shall specify the date, place and reason for the meeting. Members may also attend any regular meeting of the Board of Directors and shall be placed on the agenda for such meetings at the request of the Member.
